About Us:

We are conveniently located in Theodore, AL just off I-10. Our park offers 160 spaces spread out over approximately 20 acres. It's nestled among 100 year old hardwoods that provide plenty of shade and foliage. We also have an lake for fishing with a small beach area for swimming.

Our park is pet-friendly, however, all pets must be on a leash when outside.

The park office includes a small store where you can find some basic necessitites from food items to parts for your RV.

Some of the park ammenities include bath houses, laundry facilities, propane refilling, ice machine, drink machines and a playground for the kids.

Rent for each site includes power, cable TV, water, sewer and garbage.
